Volunteer Al Ajial managers & employees will provide the Foundation with their experience & network through a 5 year mentoring program designed to identify today and support the leaders of tomorrow.
Special training has been provided by professional coaches to provide Al Ajial mentors with the tools required to understand scholarship students and help them build their future. source (in french)
